U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Preliminarily Upholds Tenanfly EruvThe United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit reversed the lower court and ordered it to enter a preliminary injunction against the Borough of Tenafly enjoining the Borough, pending a trial, from removing "lechis" from poles, thus paving the way for the establishment of an eruv in the community.
