New NY Get Case -- Gindi v. Gindi
In Gindi v. Gindi, N.Y.L.J., 7 May 2001, p. 31, col. 3 (Sup. Ct. Kings Co., 2001), the Court awarded the wife permanent maintenance, notwitstanding the short duration of the marriage, in light of husband's refusal to give a get.
